Logging on to Milford’s Wireless Network (EagleNet):
Before you can log into campus wireless, you must prepare your device.
This process ensures that your device is propertly configured to connect to the Milford Schools BYOD network, and helps us bring you the best possible service while on campus.
You will need to do this only once for every device you bring on campus.
Prepare your device (Off Campus):
·Make sure you're on the device you intend to take to school.
· Open a browser to the internet and go to http://share.milfordschools.org, Click CONNECT TO WIRELESS
·From the EagleNet Login page, Click the RED link for Staff & Student BYOD
·Follow the onscreen directions for your device to download the configuration program.
oWindows/Mac users, Save the file, and then RUN the file.
oAndroid and IOS devices will need to download the Aruba QuickConnect package from the Google Play Store or from Apple’s ITunes Store. This is a free download.
·You will be prompted for your network USERNAME and PASSWORD eg."joeysmith" for student, or "smith_j" for staff, and your usual password
·You may be prompted to accept a certificate from MEVSD.NET. Click "Accept".
·You will need to reconnect to your HOME network when this process is complete. Your device should now be ready to bring to Campus.
If you prepared your device off campus, and are now on campus, try connecting to the EagleNet Wireless Network. If it does NOT connect, follow the steps
for “Prepare your device ON Campus” below.
